Building on Sage's tradition of publishing high-quality scholarly works for more than 35 years, we are concentrating our efforts on providing upper-level undergraduate and graduate textbooks, handbooks, and professional books. Our Books Division also includes the Sage Reference program, which publishes encyclopedias and other reference works. Sage currently publishes more than 800 titles per year worldwide across its imprints, and has over 12,000 titles in print.

These catalogues are compiled primarily for the use of our international agents and bookseller partners, and their content will reflect titles with international appeal. The policy outlined below has been developed to enable authors of SAGE books and Institutional Repository Managers to easily identify what book content can be archived under what terms. For the archiving of content outlined below in open access archives, no additional, specific permission to archive is required.

New trade customers wishing to purchase our titles on a credit basis are requested to send their first order with a bank reference and references from two UK publishers with whom they are currently trading and to whom they have already made payments against a credit account.
