Very Useful in studying Leadership a PG level

The book sets up to provide a comprehensive overview of the key theories, topics, research debates and major developments in the field of leadership studies, but I believe that students will find the true value of this book in its second and third part where discussions about leadership in connection to culture, context, power, language and identity take center stage. The book seems to be an effective pedagogical tools to stimulate students' thinking
