This was a good publication however it was not useful in the courses I am facilitating at this time

I'm adopting this book for 2 leadership modules at postgraduate level too.
Reference to PQ standards is helpful. It provides clarity around a number of management issues, and specifically supports managers and leaders in social care settings.
