This book introduces CBT and its various techniques which can be integrated into any other therapeutic approach.
Excellent book as per usual from Windy Dryden. Great readings, easy to understand, but has the depth needed. will adopt for as recommended reading for the program.
Excellent resource. Comprehensive, well-written and easy to recommend.
A useful introduction but not as useful as Westbrook's (2011) introduction.
A comprehensive and readable resource
A very good overview of CBT techniques
Good coverage of the branches of CBT for those interested in contemporary practice.
This text well reflects the material on different Cognitive models delivered within our module though will also be adopted within other specific CBT based modules within the Department.
Very accessible reading either in part or whole and informs an all contemporary issues.
