The book is extremely interesting since its approach is based in a set of case studies thus making the understanding of the subjects more appealing
The book provides a good mixture of theoretical and practical material from a wide range of perspectives. Whilst it is not necessarily suited as a core text, it is definitely valuable material in supplementing essential texts.
It supports the course rather well but does not cover all aspects of CSR.
Although this book's content is too specific, while at the same time too comprehensive for my course, I think it has volumes of great information. The chapter most applicable to the course I teach is chapter 5. In addition, my course is based to a large degree on "place-based" environmental education because it is an introductory course.
This book would make a great text for course with global perspectives and those that are upper level courses.
