This is an excellent resource for mentors and learning environment leads. I will be recommending it to mentors. However I will point out that although the title says mentoring and supervision in healthcare it is predominately weighted towards student nurses - there are a lot of references to the NMC which is not the governing body of all pre-registration courses.
