As with previous Open University publications used in the MA Education Leadership and Management modules at my University, Leading Professional Practice in Education provides a very good range of conceptual papers and research reports written by experts in the field.
Useful book to assist with the concept of Inclusive Practice. Valuable information that supports the frameworks for building positive leadership skills and the effectice practice required in our everyday working life. Debates around the implementation of effective practice and the importance of making change and improving practice.
