Jack Boepple works for Huron Consulting Group in their Healthcare practice. Prior to joining Huron, Jack worked for Advocate Health Care as an internal operations improvement consultant where he worked with hospital departments to identify and implement process improvement opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Results were measured with key metrics to determine outcomes and cost savings to the hospital. Jack also worked with each department to establish a continuous improvement culture in order to improve the likelihood the improvements are sustained. Jack has also held positions with the U.S. Air Force, Siemens Medical Systems, Computer Science Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola, where he worked in the areas of software engineering, project management, quality, and process improvement.
Jack received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 1999, his Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the American Societyof Quality (ASQ) in 2007, and his Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ) certification also in 2007. He was an Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program from 2008 –2010 and 2012.
Jack is a 2008 Kellogg School of Management graduate, a 1983 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (BS, Computer Science), and a 1988 graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana (MS, Computer Science).
