An excellent book, which comprehensively covers all aspects of law and ethics in easy to read chapters. Certainly a book you can pick up and use when needed. It covers up-to-date information including the Francis Report and the Health and Social Care Act of 2012. Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards has also been added to this edition. It clarifies many issues that those working in Healthcare face.
