Barr and Dowding’s 4th edition offers a well-structured and comprehensive experience for health professionals and students wishing to consolidate, or further develop and apply their leadership skills to clinical practice. The book covers important elements of leadership from exploring the nature and theory of leadership, through ethical, legal and professional aspects before arriving at leadership for change.
