Global Business Review serves as a platform for the broader dissemination of current research and practices in business and management, drawing insights from around the world, with particular emphasis on Asian and Indian perspectives. A key feature of the journal is its cross-cultural and comparative approach. Multidisciplinary in nature and strongly oriented toward practical implications, this double-anonymized peer-reviewed journal publishes original research articles that report significant developments in management practices across various sectors, including business, public administration, private enterprises, and non-profit organizations. Furthermore, it includes articles that provide practical insights into the challenges and opportunities of doing business from both local and global perspectives, as well as macro and microeconomic considerations.

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in publications within the domains of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and sustainability, reflecting GBR’s strong priority and commitment to promoting high-quality research in these areas. This dedication is further exemplified through special issues focused on ESG, which encourage innovative work that advances sustainability and responsible management practices. The journal continues to actively promote and invite submissions in these critical domains.

Global Business Review provides an outlet for research and scholarship on management-related themes and topics. It publishes original research articles that are multi-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and of international significance. Our major objectives are to attract thoughtful scholarship relevant to corporate and institutional development, as well as societal progress.

A core focus of GBR is the promotion of high-quality research centered on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as broader sustainability issues. We prioritize papers that contribute to understanding and advancing responsible business practices and sustainable development, a trend that is increasingly evident in our recent publications. These themes are also highlighted through special issues dedicated to ESG, fostering dialogue and innovation in these critical areas.

We encourage contributions from around the globe, with an emphasis on emerging economies. The journal includes empirical, conceptual, and methodological articles across a broad range of business and management disciplines, including but not limited to: general management, human resource management, organizational behavior, management development, accounting and finance, business ethics, equality, diversity and inclusion, strategic management, marketing, operations management, technology management, information technology, business economics, public sector management, management of non-governmental organizations, and research methods.

GBR welcomes contributions in the form of commentaries and brief reports and regularly announces special theme issues on contemporary topics of interest. It operates as a double-anonymized refereed journal, with papers reviewed by esteemed academicians and professionals worldwide.
