Estonia is an eligible EIFL partner country for an EIFL-negotiated agreement with Sage through the EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) licensing programme. The agreement for participating institutions will run from January 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025. The details of the agreement are as follows:

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with one of the institutions listed and have an article accepted for publication between January 01, 2023, and December 31, 2025.

Latvia is an eligible EIFL partner country for an EIFL-negotiated agreement with Sage through the EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries) licensing programme. To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with one of the institutions listed and have an article accepted for publication between January 01, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

Sage has an agreement with Australia & New Zealand: Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from  January 1, 2023, through to December 31, 2025. The details of the agreement are as follows:

Sage has an agreement with Consortium of Swiss Academic Libraries to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from January 01, 2023, through to December 31, 2025. The details of the agreement are as follows:

Sage has an agreement with GALILEO to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from January 01, 2024, through to December 01, 2026. The details of the agreement are as follows: 

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with either Georgia Gwinnett College, Mercer University and Morehouse School of Medicine and have an article accepted for publication between 1 January 01, 2024 and December 31, 2026.   

Sage has an agreement with Necmettin Erbakan University to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from January 01, 2024 through to December 31, 2025. The details of the agreement are as follows: 

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with Necmettin Erbakan University and have an article accepted for publication between between January 01, 2024 and December 31, 2025.

Sage has an agreement with South African National Library and Information Consortium (SANLiC) to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from January 1, 2025, through to December 31, 2027. The details of the agreement are as follows:

Sage has an agreement with Universidad del País Vasco to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from January 01, 2024 through to December 31, 2026. The details of the agreement are as follows:

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with Universidad del País Vasco and have an article accepted for publication between January 01, 2024 and December 31, 2026. The participating member institution list is available here.

Sage has an agreement with the University of Malta to publish articles open access. The agreement for participating organizations will run from the January 01, 2024, through to the December 31, 2026. The details of the agreement are as follows: 

To qualify for the agreement, the corresponding author must be affiliated with the University of Malta and have an article accepted for publication between the January 01, 2024 and the December 31, 2026.
