We feel it fits our module learning outcome well, which is "Safely apply the knowledge of prescribing to the care of the patient." This is for undergraduate students and so is a good resource for our nursing students to utilise.

We have added it to the reading list rather than essential as our program is multidisciplinary teaching, midwives, AHPs, and pharmacists prescribers and this book is only relevant to nurses.
The book was aimed toward Nurse community prescribing more than independent nurse prescribing and as we do not have many of these we felt we could not add it as essential
