This text interfaces well as a compliment to more technical theory books. With its journal questions and conversational style, students have the opportunity to evaluate themselves and apply the theories they are learning introspectively.

I was considering it as a supplement, but however it was too specialize. The book is very good, but simply did not fit my need.
I have decided to use Discoursive leadership as supplemental and additional reading instead.
