"Clear explanations and illustrations clearly define concepts. The text also contains a range of useful tasks to support student engagement and recognition of possible application. The critical thinking activities are also well organised to support students to develop analytical approaches."

Interesting tasks to introduce in cognitive psychology for occupational therapist.

Extremely useful as a reference book, and for learning the fundamentals of the cognitive theories.
Excellent book but not available as an e-book on the platforms supported by our university library
This textbook on Cognitive Psychology is very clear and well-organized and includes helpful case studies, tasks and activities. I found it suitable for Bachelor's level students, but I wish it was more in-depth in the areas of perception and attention.
This book, despite not covering all the areas intended for this module in enough depth is a very accessible introduction to Cognitive Psychology that will be perfect for those students which might be struggling with the complexity of this subject.
This was not adopted only because the focus of the book does not fit with my current teaching modules
The book has interesting critical thinking tasks but the texts that introduce the topics are too basic for my course.
A very clear text taking the student through a complex maze with clarity and well supported discussion around key issues. A thought provoking text for those new to this area of study at undergraduate level
