This book is great for students' who want to learn about the basics of meta-analysis. It is an accessible read and I would recommend this to others.
not accessible enough for students
good book but not for undergraduates
The book has useful exercises for workshop based learning for first year undergraduate module "Introduction to statistics"
The text is of eminent importance for everybody that deals with the topic of meta-analysis. With respect to the increasing importance and impact of meta-analyses in several research fields, I used this text to introduce the methods for correcting results for biases and errors in my undergraduate course. The examples further provided the students with a deeper understanding of the method.
