Brett Marroquín is an assistant professor of psychology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. He received his PhD in clinical psychology from Yale University and completed a National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) postdoctoral fellowship in biobehavioral issues in physical and mental health at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research examines interpersonal influences on emotion, emotion regulation, and cognitive processing in healthy functioning and mood disorders, particularly within the context of intimate relationships.
