Will be suggesting that the libarary purchase a couple of copies and encourage students to purchase a copy themselves as this is a refreshing book that covers sociological themes in social work in an accessible manner that is easy to digest. It easy to follow and to see where sociological theory sit in social work
Good book, but it covers only one part of my lecture, and that in a somewhat sketchily way. The part of the theory and classics of sociology is not covered by the book. Therefore it cannot be the central reading for my course. But I ordered copies for our library.
