Oscar J. Muñoz Texas A&M University, USA

Mr. Oscar J. Muñoz has served as the Director of the Texas A&M University Colonias Program for the last 22 years and has worked with rural frontera communities for almost 30 years, throughout his lifelong career. As an educator, facilitator, advocate, and border-wide program director, Mr. Muñoz is proud to serve the frontera communities where his family has lived for many generations.
